Biscuits
1.Measure two cups of mix-may sift, but not necessary.
2.Add 1/2-2/3 cups of milk, buttermilk or cold water.
3.Mix only until flour is blended(Caution:do not overmix)
4.Roll out on a lightly floured board to desired thickness - approximately 3/8 inch
5.Cut with biscuit cutter
6.Bake in hot oven (450) 10-15 minutes of until golden brown.
7.Yields approximatel 12-16 2" diameter biscuits
